Our objective is to perform audit level with a high level of added value which consists not only in verifying the regularity, the sincerity and the reliability of the financial information, but also aims to improve the company organization. There are two types of audit: statutory audit or contractual audit.
The statutory audit is a mandatory legal assigment that must be carried out in companies that meet certain size or activity conditions. The objective of the statutory audit is to certify that the financial statements present a fair view of the company's financial situation, in accordance with the accounting standards in force.
The contractual audit is an assignment carried out at the request of the company or its financial partners. The objective of the contractual audit is to provide assurance to the shareholders as to the quality of the financial information produced by the company and the quality of its management.
