We have a strong experience in consolidation or combination of accounts. The consolidation of accounts is a complex but essential operation to obtain an overall view of the financial situation of an economic unit, to ensure the comparability of financial data and to optimize the management of the whole.
Usual assignments carried out for VACHON customers:
Organize the consolidation process ;
Take charge of or supervise the consolidation work, including drafting the footnotes;
Provide advisory services related to technical issues of consolidation, in particular the accounting
impacts of M&A transactions;Carry out transition work from French GAAP to IFRS, US GAAP or other International standards;
Support the customers’ financial departments impacted by significant organization changes.
